Rocketsmith – Real Life Rock
What do you get when you cross a farmer, a tiler, an intelligence manager, a highways consultant… and 25+ years of real life?
Rocketsmith.
This is ‘Real Life’ rock — songs built from experience, not theory.
If you’re human, you’ll recognise it straight away.
The highs. The setbacks. The graft. The doubt. The fight back.
Rocketsmith don’t write fantasy — they write about life as it actually is.
- Winning… and losing
- Mental health… and resilience
- Money struggles… and making it through
- Relationships… the good and the hard
- Birth, loss… and everything in between
These aren’t stories borrowed from somewhere else — they’ve been lived.
And that’s why they connect.
The Sound
Often compared to Stereophonics, Manic Street Preachers, Foo Fighters and Jimmy Eat World, Rocketsmith are carving out their own lane with:
Big choruses. Honest lyrics. Uplifting, anthemic British rock.
Music that makes you feel something — and makes you want to sing it back.
The Story
Founded in 2009 by Andy Warriner, Rocketsmith started as a songwriting outlet — a place to turn real experiences into songs that meant something.
Over the years, the band evolved, line-ups changed, and the sound sharpened.
Now, with their strongest line-up yet, Rocketsmith have:
- Written 50+ original songs
- Played thousands of gigs
- Performed across the UK, USA, China and Europe
- Built a reputation for powerful, high-energy live shows
